[edit]There are two groups of referanecs in the book:
- Group A: the ones like [1] listed here
- Group B: the ones like * listed in a footnote
I think both are supposed be listed with <ref>
, according to Help:Footnotes and endnotes? Because Group A is actually using numbers, maybe that group should be given the regular number system, while Group B can be |group=lower-roman

- The [n] references could use Authority control. They can't use
<ref>...</ref>

lower-alpha
