He resigned in 1433, and died in March 1434—5. His will, dated 7 th March 1434-5, was proved 26th March 1435. Richard Tone, LL.D., succeeded in 1432. Robert Clifton, admitted in J 463. Ob. in 1467. John Walker, LL.D., admitted j6th July 1467, on the death of Robert Clifton. Edmund Audley or Audeley, A.M., succeeded 25th Dec. 1475, and in 1480 he was made bishop of Ro- chester. Edward Pole was installed 15th Oct. 1480, and in 1484-5 he was made archdeacon of Richmond. William Poteman was installed i6th Jan. 1484—5, and died 25th March 1493. His will, dated 8th Feb. 1492, was proved 3rd May 1493. Henry Cornebull, admitted 30th March 1493; ^®~ signed in 1497. John Hole, archdeacon of Cleveland^ was removed hi- ther 1st May 1497, and died in 1501. Richard Mayew or Mayo, admitted 9th May 1501; and in 1504 he was made bishop of Hereford. Thomas Magnus succeeded in 1504^2. He died 28th Aug. 1550, and was buried at Sessay in Yorkshire. His will, dated 8th March 1549-50, was proved 30th April 1 55 1. John Dakyns, LL.D., was installed 13th April i^^i'^'^. William Rokeby, LL.B., succeeded in Dec. 1558, Martin Parkinson succeeded in Dec. 1568, and died in the year following ^^.
