DuRAND was a witness to a deed of bishop Hugh Pud- 8ey8 in 1174^2^ Richard de Marisco, by this title, had the King's letters of presentation to the church of Kemesey in the diocese of Worcester, dated 20th July 1212^'^ In 1217 he became bishop of this see.
