Crandall, late a private in Company I, Twenty-seventh Regiment New York Volunteers, and in Company A, One hundred and thirty-sixth New York Volunteers, and to pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension he now receives, same to be paid to the committee of his person and estate.
