CHAP. 159.-An Act To amend section one hundred of an Act entitled "An Act ¥¤¤’¢¤4 i915~ to codify, revise, and amend the laws relating to the judiciary, " approved March [H‘ R‘ ks"'] third, nineteen hundred and eleven. [Pubue, No. wa] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section one $§{°°°3€,“*§,{”¥,'g'{; hundred of the Act entitled "An Act to codif revise, and amend mmmthe laws relating to the judiciary," approved Myarch third, nineteen hundred and eleven, be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to read as follows: · "Sec. 100. The State of Ohio is divided into two judicial districts, mg? 3¤di¤*** 6* to be known as the northern and southern districts of Ohio. The Nmithern dau-im. northern district shall include the territory embraced on the first m"“°"" day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Ashland, As tabula, Cuyahoga, Carroll, Columbiana, Crawford, Geauga, Holmes, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Mahoning, Portage, Richland Summit, Stark, Tuscarawas, Trumbull, an Wayne which shall constitute the eastern division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Araglaize, Allen, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Henry, Hancock, Hardin, uron, Lucas, Mercer, Marion, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Seneca, Sandusky, Van Wert, Williams, Wood, and Wyandot, which shall constitute the western division of said district. Terms of the district court for the eastern Tmdivision shall be held at Cleveland on the first Tuesdays in February, April, and October, and at Youngstown on the first Tuesda after the lirst Monday in March; and for the western division, at Toledo on the last Tuesdays in April and October.
