Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Director Corpus Christi, Ter, of the United States Veterans’ Bureau is hereby authorized to have Bdileiiu hbgpitgltglam appraised and after advertisement to sell to the highest bidder or bidders as a whole or in parcels in his discretion and on such terms as he deems proper the United States Veterans’ Bureau hospital reservation at Corpus Christi, Texas, and to make, execute, and deliver all needful conveyances. The director shall have the right to _ reject any and all bids.
