That in addition to the information re ardin cotton in §{ff.3;ii€§i"°mi°m1g° the United States hereinbefore provided for, the Dire§or of the Census shall compile, by correspondence or the use of published reports and documents, any available information concerning the production, consumption, and stocks of cotton in foreign countries, A be b- and the number_ o cotton·consuming spindles in such countries. ,,,,,§",,'?,”,,§*‘,§‘,§,,,,,§‘“ Each report published by the Bureau of the Census regardin cotton shall contain an abstract of the latest available information citained under the provisions of this section, and the Director of the Census shall furnish the same to the Department of Agriculture for publication in connection with the reports of that department concerning ipttendixéttllie same manner as in the case of statistics relating to the nite es. ,,S(§,,‘Q‘,",{,,°“‘§,°§{}*,,,§(§§;Q€ Sec. 6. That the reports of cotton ginned to the dates as of which the Department of Agriculture is also required to issue cotton crop refports shall be issue simultaneously with the cotton crop reports o that department, the two reports to be issued from the same place at eleven o’clock antemeridian on the eighth day followinv that on which the respective reports relate. That the Act of _Congress authorizing the Director of the Census to collect and publish statistics of cotton, approved July 22 1912, and all other laws and parts of laws inconsistent with the pro: visions of this Act are hereby repealed.
