Otghts, etc., powers, and duties now conferred and imposed upon the Secretary of the Treasury and the officers and employees of the Bureau of Prohi- bition in the Treasury Department incident to the performance of the duties imposed upon the Attorney General by this Act, including the bringing of suits to enjoin nuisances under the National Prohibi- tion Act, are transferred to and conferred and imposed upon the Attorney General .
