- @Jan.Kamenicek: I got that information from https://sek3.org, however that only applies to "Copywrongs". To be clear, about the other work, I have contacted The Anarchist Library (a website that lists its license as "Anti-Copyright") to ask for clarification regarding if the works on that website, including The New Libertarian Manifesto, are in the public domain.
