Please do not just dump OCR..

Second hand transcriptions
[edit]Hi, while we applaud the desire to bring in works we don't already host, we have a policy that we don't accept second hand transcriptions—that is transcriptions done by other sites such as Project Gutenberg. See What Wikisource includes for more details. As a result I will be going through your recent contributions that are copy/paste transcriptions from other sites and deleting them. The best way to bring works in here is to proofread them from the uploaded scans. Thanks, Beeswaxcandle (talk) 08:13, 11 December 2024 (UTC)
