You can try {{small scan link}} to make it easier and standard to link to works. — billinghurst sDrewth 01:15, 29 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

oh, and we have {{external scan link}} for the other sort! :-) — billinghurst sDrewth 13:28, 29 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

"The Unexpurgated Case Against Woman Suffrage" -- do you know how it is cited, especially internally?

[edit]

Hi. I am plodding through the table of contents. Normally with such works we refer to the individual chapters as 1, 2, 3, ... as that helps us to build (red)links to the work, however the author here has three parts, and chapters within the parts, almost as each chapter or part as an essay. When we faced with that situation, we would usually look at how the work is cited/referred to elsewhere so that we can build a structure that assists building (logical) target pages to the work. Are you aware of its use? [I hope that is a clear, though it may be somewhat jargon, or shorthand, so please prompt my fr clarification.] — billinghurst sDrewth 00:03, 30 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hi. First of all, thanks for all the tips, they helped :) Speaking of the (internal) citation of "The Unexpurgated Case Against Woman Suffrage" - I sincerely haven't looked into that topic yet, but yet I observed, that many of Wright's books are built upon such a structure (2 or 3 parts, every part more chapters, sometimes also split up chapters inside), so out of this perspective, it's pretty necessary to find citations. I'll try to dive into this. Vivrax (talk) 10:35, 30 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Okay, a quick look at the chapter names shows that they are referenced in some places by essay name, so I will set it that way, rather than by "Chapter nn", and we can create redirects from the chapter numbers if we so choose. — billinghurst sDrewth 13:00, 30 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
