Puntofijo Pact

[edit]

Please include appropriate license. The work is not a govt. work. Is it in the public domain? Hrishikes (talk) 07:23, 18 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Hrishikes: I placed it because it was already on the Spanish Wikisource. Forgive me since I'm not familiar to this. How can I find this license? --ZiaLater (talk) 07:36, 18 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
Please see Help:Public domain, Help:Copyright tags and Help:Official texts. Hrishikes (talk) 07:51, 18 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Hrishikes: Take a look now. I wasn't sure if the copyright tags are the same as Wikipedia but it looks like it.--ZiaLater (talk) 22:07, 23 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
There are two copyrights involved: original and translation. It is a treaty between three political parties. It helped run the government smoothly, but that does not make it a government work. The political parties were private entities. So how are you classifying the original as a Govt. work? And what about the copyright status of the translation? Please respond at WS:Copyright discussions#Puntofijo Pact. Hrishikes (talk) 00:44, 24 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Hrishikes: I responded and it looks like the best choice is to delete it. Thanks for your help.--ZiaLater (talk) 03:13, 24 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
