I would like to nominate Clockery to be given admin rights at English Wikisource. They joined the wiki 18 months ago, and started editing 12 months ago, and have clocked up 5k+ edits across our namespaces, participated in WS:S conversations, uploaded files, and created things in the right places, and patrols and has been requesting deletions. With all of that looking right, it seems to me that the community should invite Clockery to take the next step, and utilise the tools to clean up, and other administrative tasks. — billinghurst sDrewth 17:06, 1 February 2014 (UTC)

Having not received any response to my question, I am voting for the removal of rights for inactivity.
